• Original Passport (minimum 6-month validity from date of travel)

• Completed Visa Application Form (from embassy or agent)

• Two passport-size photographs (4x6cm with white background)

• Confirmed Flight Itinerary

• Hotel Booking Confirmation

 Financial & Personal Documents:

• Bank Statement – Last 3 months with sufficient funds

• Employment Letter OR Business Registration (if self-employed)

• Travel Insurance (recommended)

 Invitation Letter (If Required):

• Visa pre-approval or invitation letter from Vietnam (provided via agent for an additional fee)

 Submission Method:

• Submit through the Vietnam Embassy in Colombo

 Processing Time:

• Normal: 5–7 working days

• Express: 2–3 working days
